Before a label is printed
You may ask us to stop an order before it is packed by using Follow my order with the order number and the checkout email, or by writing to support@aarvixgarments.in during desk hours. Once a label is printed we treat the bag as in the courier network.
After it leaves Goregaon West
If the parcel has already left, refuse the delivery so the bag returns to the house. Prepaid amounts are then reviewed under the refund note. We may cancel an order ourselves if payment does not complete, if an address cannot be served, or if a listing cannot be fulfilled. Abandoned UPI attempts are not listed as completed buys.
