How do I buy a pack?
Add an item, open Finish and pay, and pay with UPI or COD. The inbox on the account must be verified first.
Why do you ask for an OTP?
Aarvix Nursery confirms the email on the account so receipts and payment notices reach the person who ordered.

How do I follow a tote once it leaves?
Use Follow my order with the order number and the email used at Finish and pay.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes. Prepaid UPI orders include free standard shipping. See the shipping note.
Pay method
Which payments does the desk take?
UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes. COD may add ₹49 shown before you place the order.
Is prepaid shipping free?
Yes — UPI prepaid seed orders include free standard shipping after the gateway confirms payment.
Returns
Can I send a foil back?
Wrong SKU, transit damage, or proven non-delivery can be reviewed within the window in the refund note.
How do I cancel?
Ask before packing via Follow my order. Once labelled, refuse-and-return rules in the How to stop an order apply.
